PyDinner Menu

We have arranged a special menu with a fixed price of €40 with the Trattoria Zà Zà restaurant.

The menu includes the following dishes:

  • 1 starter
  • 1 main course to choose between those listed below
  • 1 dessert to choose between those listed below
  • water
  • 1 bottle of Dianella wine for every 3 people
  • 1 coffee

The addition of the first course comes with a surcharge of 10 euros.

Places are limited so reservation is mandatory. To book your seats in advance, go on our tickets page and select the PyDinner ticket. You will need this ticket in order to enter the restaurant as proof of payment.

The “ Trattoria Zà Zà “ is located in the historic center of Florence, exactly in Piazza del Mercato Centrale 26r

The Menu

Appetizer (1 for each)

  • Bruschetta (sliced Florentine bread with tomatoes, basil, and olive oil)

Main courses, choose from

  • Peposo beef stew made with black pepper and whine
  • Ossobuco in porcini mashrooms* with Tuscan white beans in a tomato, sage, garlic sauce, salt etc.
  • Florentine veal tripe in a special tomato sauce
  • Grilled beef slices with baked potatoes
  • Grilled beef slices with rucola and Parmesan cheese
  • Grilled beef slices with rucola and truffle cream
  • Grilled beef slices with porcini mushrooms*
  • Baked slice herb stuffed rabbit with saute’ spinach with garlic and olive oil
  • Small veal meatballs with poricini mashrooms* and rosemary potatoes
  • Melanzane alla parmigiana, homemade eggplant baked with tomato and parmesan cheese
  • Large portion of baked vegetables
  • Fiorentina Steak (extra 15 euro to be paid directly at the Restaurant)

Desserts, choose from

  • Homemade Italian style cream mascarpone cheese pudding
  • Homemade Tiramisù with a touch of powdered coffee
  • Homemade apple-tart with cream cheese
  • Fresh strawberries with sweet cream of mascarpone cheese pudding
  • Flourless chocolate cake served with a touch of cream cheese pudding
  • Special cheese cake

Extra first courses: 10 euro

  • Pappardelle pasta in a wild boar sauce
  • Pappardelle in a duck sauce
  • Ravioli in a bolognese and cream sauce
  • Fettuccine mashrooms
  • Siena Pici pasta with sausage and tomato sauce and cream
  • A sample of three traditional Tuscan soups (”Ribollita”: traditional Tuscan vegetables and wet bread soup; “Pappa al pomodoro”, traditional Tuscan tomato, basil, leek and bread soup; Tuscan barley spelt and white beans soup)
  • Fettuccine pasta Bolognese syle (beef ragù and tomato)
  • Fettuccine pasta in a creamy truffle sauce
  • Gnocchi with gorgonzola cheese
