In today’s world, machine learning is playing an increasingly important role in various industries and fields. With this progress comes the responsibility to ensure that machine learning is used in a responsible and ethical way. In this talk, I’ll be discussing the importance of mentorship and education in fostering a culture of responsible and ethical practices within the machine learning community. We’ll look at ways to mentor and support emerging talent, such as through training, resources, and collaboration opportunities. We’ll also delve into the role of education in promoting responsible and ethical machine learning practices and explore best practices and resources for educating and mentoring machine learning practitioners on responsible and ethical practices.
